It offers in‐depth help to resolve system faults alongside quick and easy mobile access to maintenance videos and up‐to‐date equipment manuals translated into your language.
Challenges
When contemplating the addition of new features, our primary focus was on understanding the genuine desires of individuals seeking a true wellness solution in their lives. Unquestionably, ease of use couples with effective results played a pivotal role, prompting us to consider what measures would instil confidence and ensure maximum benefit when creating programmes potentially visible to millions of other users.
Our approach involved blending these innovative features with a user-friendly interface, all while maintaining an intuitive design that felt both familiar and effortlessly navigable. We recognised that a key factor in the success of other wellness apps is customer retention, so part of our strategy involved making the app enjoyable and subtly addictive, contributing to its long-term appeal.
